To keep away from Bruce keep rotating the Analog-stick.

Swim to the left of it, face it, and charge it. Then, blow into the heads in the order that the heads appeared on the sign.

To win first place in the jellyfish race with Dory, jump on all of the jellyfish to get more speed. While you jump through all of the jellyfish, you will also run into some rings to make you go even faster.
