Achievements

Complete the following achievements to unlock Xbox Live Gamerscore points.

Achievement - How to Unlock
Animal Handler (20) - Collect all of the animals
Arena Master (15) - Win 40 ranked arena matches
Conscientious Objector (20) - Complete the barbarian area without attacking once
Deer Trainer (20) - Navigate the abandoned mill without hitting any obstacle
Glork (15) - Win 20 ranked All You Can Quaff Matches
K.I.S.S (15) - Collect all four princess' kisses in a multiplayer game
Maximum Firepower (10) - Using a catapult, fling a knight with maximum power
Medic! (10) - Resuscitate all of your fallen comrades
Melee is Best (15) - Defeat any boss without using any magic
The Traitor (20) - Defeat any boss by playing one of his own minions
Traditional (20) - Complete the game using any character
Treasure Hunter (20) - Find and dig up ten buried items

Experience Farming

Using the Cardinal's boomerang, face the catfish boss. Find a spot where you aim at it while it rises and charge your boomerang. Release it as the boss rises so it becomes stuck on his back. Attack it continously to get a good amount of exp. Repeat as needed.

**There is a risk of a glitch that will happen while doing this trick. Return to the dashboard and launch the game again to fix**

Familiar Stat Bonuses

Certain familiars give you stat bonuses. Here is a list of these:

Chicken - +1 Strength, +1 Agility, +1 Defense
Snoot - +2 Strength
Spiny - +2 Defense
Snailburt - +5 Defense, -5 Agility
Scratchpaw - +1 Strength, +2 Agility
MeowBurt - +3 Agility
Beholder - +2 Magic

Gold Farming

In Cyclops Cave, there are 7 Gold bags near the broken down trolley. After you cleared the cave, return again.There will be no monsters to fight so keep repeating to farm gold.

Infinite Experience

Note: this trick works best with low level characters. In the Lava World area, there is a point where you need a sandwich to progress. If you don't have a sandwich, enemies will come and drop sandwiches when you defeat them. If you don't use the sandwich to progress, the enemies will keep on coming, allowing you to get as much experience as you want.

Insane Mode

Beat the game once with any character. After the ending credits and final maiden duel, a new path should be open south of the Barbarian Boss map. Entering will begin Insane Mode, a much tougher version of the original game.

Item Locations

Below are the names and locations of the nine items you must collect in the game in order to proceed.

Binoculars - Grab this item at the end of the Industrial Castle level, after slaying the boss.

Boomerang - Equip the Cardinal Animal Orb, and go to the Thief Forest. When you locate the owl pooping from a tree, the cardinal will find this item (so long as he�s with you).

Bow and Arrow - In the Thief Forest level, they are dropped randomly and regularly.

Compass - Find to the left of the blacksmith.

Horn - After killing the Corn boss, one of the Peasants will give it to you.

Key Weapon - Equip the Cardinal Animal Orb, and go the Full Moon level. When you reach the mountain path, go up until you reach the second hut. Go near the hut and Cardinal will locate the item for you.

Spade - Head to the first desert level after you�ve complete the ship level. Leave the ship and find this item right in front of you on the left side of the sand castle.

Steering Wheel - At the end of the lava-colored level after defeating the dragons.

Treasure Map - You�ll receive this after defeating an opposing team during a mission at the sand castle in a game of volleyball.

Pet - How to unlock
Bipolar Bear - Found at the end of Snow World. Blow the horn near the entrance of the Ice Castle.
Bitey Bat - Found after killing the boss Pipistrello.
Cardinal - Found idling in the Industrial Castle.
Chicken - Dig him up at the beginning of Medusa's Lair.
Frogglet - Dug up by the first graves at the Marsh.
Giraffey - Dig him up in the Desert before you reach the Alien Ship.
Hawkster - Found at Tall Grass Field. Blow the horn by the first group of tents.
Monkeyface - Purchased in the Church Store.
Mr Buddy - Dig him up in the first map on the left side.
Owlet - Found behind a bush by the exit of Forest Entrance.
Pazzo - Purchased in Snow Store.
Piggy - Purchased in the Peasant Store.
Rammy - A miniboss bear has him at Tall Grass Field.
Scratchpaw - Found in the Sand Castle Interior. Bomb the wall to get him.
Seahorse - Found in Thieves' Forest by the river.
Sherbert - At the very far left of the Animal Ark above the locked door, use Magic Jump to obtain.
Snailburt - Found idling in the Marsh.
Snoot - Bomb a cracked wall early in the Cyclops Fortress to obtain.
Spiney - Purchased in the Volcano Store.
Troll - Found in Thieves' Forest. Bomb the wall to get him.
Yeti - Found at the end of Snow World. Hidden behind a house at the bottom of the hill.
Zebra - During Desert Chase, a Saracen on a camel has him. Catch and kill him to obtain.

Skip

To skip the level "Full Moon, start the level and then then quit it so it goes back to the map or exit the game. When you start the game up again, it will act as if you have beaten the stage.

The Painter's Brush

When fighting the Painter in the Wizard's Castle, take a look at his brush. Its color can help you anticipate what he will paint:

Light Pink - Unicorn
Orange - Carrot Clock
Teal - Angry Person
Red - Big Monster
Purple - Octopus
Magenta - Clown
Turquoise - Zombie
Light Orange - Cat
White - Elephant
Light Purple - Nose-Snail
