You can do it anywhere, just find a bench and turn your back facing it and move backward, until you sit down. And your health will slowly recover.

RTA mission: Mad prostitute
Go to the park and look around for a prostitute near a bench. Go near her or speak to her and she will get mad and start beating you up. Do a triple punch to knock her out, then press (Circle) to arrest her. You will now be able to do the job for Miles immediately, and you will get a thanks from Sergeant Bryant.

Enter the park and search everywhere until finding a man and a woman. Arrest the man -- he is a minor offender.
