Start the game with the 'funlabs' parameter:
mostwanted.exe -funlabs
Now, while in the game open the console with the [~] and type in the following cheats (1 = effect enabled, 0 = effect disabled):
godMode (0/1) - God mode
godModeTeam (#) - God mode for your team
noclip (0/1) - No clipping mode
mw_showhud (0/1/2) - Hide HUD
mw_aiDisableThink (0/1) - Disable AI
mw_aiDisableAct (0/1)
mw_failmission (0/1)
mw_winmission (0/1)
mw_givealllevels (0/1)

Start the game with the mostwanted.exe -cheats -funlabs command line to enable cheat mode. Then, press ~ during game play to display the console window. Enter one of the following codes to activate the corresponding cheat function.
Effect - Code
Toggle God mode - godmode
Team god mode - godmodeteam
Toggle no clipping - noclip
Toggle mission failure - mw_failmission
Toggle mission victory - mw_winmission
Toggle HUD - mw_showhud (0/1/2)
