All options:
Hold [Launch] and press [Star during game play to display the operator menu. Select "Adjustments", then "Feature Adjustments", then "Initial Time Zone". Set the initial time zone to "Random". Back out main operator menu screen and select "Tests", then "Switch Levels Test", then "Time Zone Lock Delta". Hold [Left Flipper] + [Right Flipper] for over two seconds. All other options should now be unlocked at the operator menu.
