Get a police uniform:
In level 2, go to where the Z gang are found and answer one of the green phones with the mission called "Flame It". It will tell you to steal a cop car. Once you steal it, get out and you will be in a cop uniform. To stay in the cop uniform, do not finish the mission.

HINTS:
TIPS : If you're in the need of saving your GTA2 sessions, so you can go to bed or something, follow this steps. Just visit the church and walk under the neon "Jesus Saves" sign, the guy will charge you 50,000 and say "Whoh! Another soul saved". Then your session will be saved.
TIPS : On the second stage go towards the prison, but look on the map above the map, and above the prison there is a tiny ledge. Get opposite it on the mainland and there is a ramp. Jump it with a good car (Cop Car) and you will see another car, if you have 4-5 cops on you then if you get in the other car you will appear in a car park, with a loaded tank WITH BULLETS and a F.B.I. car with 50 bullets for the mounted machine guns.
TIPS : Find all GTA 2 Shields and you can play the 3.Special Level.

Taxi job:
Get a taxi, then park on the side of the road and wait. Sooner or later someone will enter the taxi and you will earn money.

Truck:
Steal a truck cab from the streets, then find a trailer parked (usually in a car park, but some are just littered about). Just reverse into it to get a very long truck that is slow and tough.
