Cheat mode
In the file gothic.ini change bbloodDetail from 1 to 3 for Blood mode, and/or change test mode from 0 to 1 to activate ingame cheats:
Key - Result:
(F2) - Console
(F3) - Play in windows modw
(F4) - Normal mode
(F5) - Immobile camera
(F6) - Mobile camera
(F7) - Cycle trough game sections
(F8) - Health and mana refresh
H - Character harms himself
Z - Character spins around
K - Character vanishes in the ground (press multiple times)gothic.ini change

Cheat mode (alternate)
Note: These codes require the v1.07 patch. Press B (or S in earlier versions of the game) during game play to display the starting menu. Type marvin to enable cheat mode. Press (f2] during game play to display the console window:
Result - Code:
God mode - cheat god
Heal - cheat full
Restore HP - cheat eat
Kill target - cheat kill
Hurt shark - hurtswampschark
Harpie - harpie
Lurker - lurker
Artifact for quest - lichtbringer
Spawn indicated item - insert (item name)

Get 100 raw steel
Go to the old camp then go to the black smith (Best at night) then go to his hut its right beside the anvil on the left. Now go inside and attack him but dont kill him. now just steal all his raw steel. And now you make swords and can trade them for loads of stuff. Have fun

God Mode and Full Health:
Press "S", then type "Marvin" and press "S" again. If you do this right you will get Marvin in the upper left hand corner. You may now press [F2] to bring up the console. Type (cheat god) for god mode. Type (cheat full) for health.

Money
You go to a smith in a sity and by some raw steel then you firs put it in the fier then you put it on the anvel then you put it in the vater then you use the grindstone and then you sell the sword and you get 50ore and you buied it for 40 i erned 1000ore that way

Water
If you go to the sect camp i think i cant the name... then you talk to the gaur that start talkin to you when you are klose to the rice loard and you say yes and cary the water to the pesants you get the water from THE RICE LOARD and you can get as mutch water you want to if you ceep say then the gaurd sent you and thell that you will cary out water to the pesants
