Complete the game (Chapter 14) to unlock the fast recharging special meter.

Complete the game (Chapter 14) with 100% to unlock the Infinite Special Meter.

Beat the game 100% then start a new game using the name FLUWDEAR and you will be able to select the level in which you want to play.

You need to make sure you ahve the ball combo or item then keep using it. When you have one left jump for a item and switch it until you have a re-fill. You need to make sure you have a lot of health to do this so you don't die!
