Carmilla: Successfully complete Story mode with Eric.
Cornell: Successfully complete Story mode with Carmilla.
Death: Successfully complete Story mode with Trevor. Alternately, successfully complete True Story mode with Death.
Dracula: Successfully complete Story mode with Simon, Alucard, Maria, Eric, Carmilla, Grant, Golem, Sypha, Cornell, Trevor, Death, and Shanoa. Alternately, complete True Story mode with Dracula.
