Flee as quick as possible
Are you stuck at the part when issacs master sends issac to the water fall to get some water and where it says flee as quick as possible?
Make a wall and run to the place with the ice covering the chest.
There will be some ice near it leading you to the enemy. Use fire and burn it. Wait till most of the enemy units are at the bottom of the map and send in your units to distract. Run up the path as fast as you can, and you will win.
