Completion bonus
Successfully complete the game. Allow the credits to complete and save when prompted to unlock the Omake optoins. You can now replay the mini-games and operations that were found during the main game, in addition to looking at gallery images and listening to music tracks. To unlock all gallery entries, you must unlock all sixteen epilogues. In the Japanese version, you can unlock all eleven operations in Omake by purchasing that option for 500,000 Yen.

Convincing patients
When trying to convince someone with your clinical records, if you tell them something and the heart turns purple, you have failed automatically. For example, when trying to convince Hikechi, the cancer patient, if you select the choice where he says "Honestly is the best quality", the heart turns purple and he dies, not telling his wishes.
