At the title screen, press
L, Select, A, Select, R, A, L, Select. Press Select, R, and L
to scroll through the levels. Select a level, then press Left
to highlight the Start-option with the boomerang.

Enable the "Master code", then begin game play on any level. Hold Select and press B during game play to get 99 of each weapon.
