sorry for the double post, but i need to know if you can have the Hoenn legendaries on your rescue team cause I'm going for Groudon

I don't play very often, but still Lucario rank!!! that's like 15,000 Rescue points and up........I'm only Platinum........But i am going for diamond rank today and tomorrow, or after I get Groudon on my team

I've got all the legends. Good luck with groudon, he's really hard to have join, his recruit chance ranges from -10% to like 4%.

Best advice, have a level 100 pokemon do the final blow, with one of your 4 attacks, not the attack that you hit the A button but something like Pyschic, Flamethrower, etc. Be right in front or next to him. And have a Friend Bow attached to your pokemon.

Where is the best place to get a friend bow?
Also, is it harder to het Ho-Oh or about the same?
