i now have milotic at full beuty status at level 23
i want it to get master rank ribbon by 2day!
wat moves shuld it learn ?
where can i find the blue scarf...
how can i train it within like 4hours?
please help me

I no too late but have you fed it the max amount of poffins? then you should keep on feeding it till it wont accept any more

i honestly know nothing about contests but if you want the blue scarf then you go to a house east of the pokemon center in in pastoria city you put milotic in the front of your party and talk to  the guy..if it's at mac beauty stat, he'll give you the blue scarf ..which helps you in contestanother piece of advice: just b/c you milotic has max beauty doesn't mean it will win...you need accecories(dunno how to spell it) that suit it.for example my chatot has all the right moves, max cool, and red scarf, but i kept on losing..so i committed myself and after like 2 months, got the standing mike, 2 musical notes, spotlight, and some confetti. it really suit him and finally i won and got the master rank
so yeah try to get like pearls or something to suit milotic's beauty and snake-like appearance
