Genie , brother with glass eye , gate on halloween hills

I just beat the game and it was totally awesome but i have seen some people asking about how to find the genie and his lamp and how to find the brother with the glass eye and that halloween hills has a gate on it ( mine does not ) Is this from a earlier version or can I do these quests too?

If you could get into Halloween Hills without a skull key then you have version 1 of the game.

Check the message board below (I believe it's owned by the creaters of the game). I think you can get an upgrade to version 2.0 for free.

Yea, you probably have Ver. 1. In the Ver. 2, you have to find the glass eye to fight the daeva for Green Rock Temple.
