Can anyone tell me where the bridge to western yarisfar(spelling?) is. It lead to the dark elve's new home once the elves are reunited.      
Also how do I get to the dream world? I'm on level 84...

To get to the dream world you have to got to Mysten Far and then complete a quest to get into the dream world.
