I am at Clearwater and I have the climbing guide. I can see the Cloak of Undying Loyalty on the right at the top of the next cliff but I can't seem to find a way to get over there to get it. I do not have any dynamite to blow a hole in the bottom. I gave the statue back to the elves and the squirrels won't give me any dynamite. Can I buy any or can anyone tell me if I need this cloak? If so, how the heck do I get it because I am going around in circles. Thanks.

Go to the Apple Orchard with the cart in it (in the Highlands). Climb the step up and go through the cave there. You will come to a cave with a tall ladder. Climb it and you will end up in a tiny cave with a frog. At the bottom of the cave there is a door. Go through that, and you will be next to the rope. It has nothing to do with the squirrels or the dynamite. You also have to go into your items and select the climbing guide before you actually know how to climb.
I got it thanks. I missed the door for some reason and I was in that cave and killed the frog a dozen times.
