You have to get the bean stalk seeds from the ogre in Mt Orion and plant them in the enchanted garden. Then you need to go to Thais and get a torch - before the guy will give you the torch you have to go to Dreamworld and get him some glowberries. After you give him the glowberries and he gives you the torch go back to the enchanted garden and climb the beanstalk. You'll use the torch to melt the ice. At the top there will be a clock that you get. (be careful of the birds when climbing, they'll knock you down). After you get the clock go back to the dark caves. When you go in the room he's in the clock will automatically work and slow him down.
