You have to go in Mt. Orion to the Ogre's place and search his bookshelf. The seeds are in the bookshelf.
where can u get stinkrot root
It's in the north part of Hallowens Hills, go west from the Ghedahre Enterance, find a ladder there, and search a chest in that area. You'll find the stinkort root inside the chest.
