when you give the king lionel statue to the elves he comes to life and gives you a skeleton key. You take it to Ejindro and unlock the door to find a pendant on a table. Break it and it'll remove the curse. There will still be one ghost left and this is the one that you can take to the vampress to haunt her house.
If for some reason you can't download the maps I'll try to give you directions from Ghalarah:
You head East out of the city, when the guy tries to stop you from leaving you show him your token then he'll let you pass. Keep going east after that. It's a good idea to level up fighting a lot of spiders on your way to the school. Follow the path until it tries to take you back down a ladder, instead of going down the ladder you head west to start with then go east. You'll eventually pass a cave and by it is a different ladder going down. Go down this one and the path will lead you to the villiage where the school is.
But if you can, go to the site RenZ showed you and download the maps.. they'll be very helpful to you through out the game.
