get a tun of money then in the town nexet to the acadomey there is a place that sells scrolls buy a lightning scroll and a fire ball scroll then use those aginst him thats what i did.

talk to the girl that you met then go to the caves and there is a guy standing in front of it talk to him whenhe ask you to chase the sheep say yes then follow him into the caves
the seeds are somewhere in Land's End, I think you get them for a chest or something. I can't really remember how I got them, but I got them in Land's End.

[Shovel] When you first enter Halloween Hills, go West and take the first North path up. Then go all East. When you reach a flight of stairs, go up it. Go East once again and you'll get stinkrot root. Go back to New Witchwood and give it to the witch who wants to turn ugly (Gretchen). She'll give you something to give to Hilda, the person who you met first in New Witchwood. Then go back to her, she'll give you the shovel.
[Wax]Go to Teacup Town and buy a smoke bomb from a binni. Then go South-East of Teacup Town and you'll see a one-way-narrow path. Go down it. You come to a cave. Go into it and then you'll reach 3 entrances. Go in the 3rd entrance and you'll reach the beehive. The wax is there.
P.S. For the shovel, when you get it. Go the same route where you got the stinkrot root. But this time don't go up the stairs, you'll reach Sword of Chaos buried underground.
I found the sleeping dust, but i can't figure out what to use it for yet. The sleeping dust you get from the militant squirrels. Rhen talks to them and forces them to hand it to you. This one squirrel walks out and shows you their secret cave. That's where the sleeping dust is, but what do I need it for?

You have to take the pomegranate seeds (it's South of the Druid's Temple). Then go read the tablet at the altar in Mt. Orion. Then give it to the old lady at Enchanted Gardens. Walk out of Lands Ends and come back. The seed would have grown. Then give it as an offering to the altar. Now go in and fight the daeva.
