If you have saved recently then load that game and then continue on from there or if you have any gold, go to Thornkeep through the mule express and buy some stuff there.
But... the last time I saved was when I had to fight Lorad... I was sooo far.... Is there any other way?? :]

Do you have any healing stuff? This should teach you a lesson to save more often as well. Or go to Thornkeep through the mule express.

By the candy house, I'm assuming you mean the pet shop in New Witchwood? From where you first enter Halloween Hills, go west, then north. You go down a set of stairs and then continue north. This is the same route you take if you're heading for Ghed'ahrd, the vampire town, but instead of heading north-west, go north-east. You'll see another set of stairs. Go up those and continue east. You'll see another set of stairs. Go up those and continue east, going around a group of trees and then heading south. To the east, you'll see some graves. At that point, you want to go west. You go over a bridge and continue west. You should be able to see the top of the witch's house. At this point you're on top of a hill and the only direction you can go is south-west. Keep going until you see a bridge on your right. Go over the bridge and follow the path to the house.

What do u need and how do u get it?
You need a magical picklock, but sorry I forgot where to get it...
The red chest/magic shielded contains the Sword of Dreams. You can only open it if you have the magical picklock. I believe you get it after you beat Agas (?) the boss in Dreamworld. He's located near the middle of Dreamworld, North-East of the treasure chest. You also get the Dreamer's Tear for defeating him.
