Yes, I have figured out the sqiurrels were the corn theives and i've already told brunwich. How do I trigger nightengale quest? Am I missing something? Is it even important that I do this quest?

The demon is behind the locked blue door. you will get a key from the queen once you end the fight. The fairy bottle is found in Sedona. you do have to do the theives side quest first before it will appear
