Finish the Corn Thieves' Quest, then go out of the Hideout and back in again. Talk to Militant Squirrel, he'll lead you to the Sleeping Dust Cache.

Inside the squirell hideout, talk to the squirell about the corn they got, then go to brumwich and tell goodwife there about the thieve of the corn. She'll said that she'll send a man to that hideout.
Goback to the squirell hideout and you'll found the squirell've been attacked (bassically the man only stand near the corn). talk to the squirell and get out from their hideout again. Talk to the squirell near the squirell comander (or might be the squirell comander it self, I don't realy remember), and he'll tell you about the sleeping dust. And told you where the sleeping dust placed.
