He's in the land of death. Remember the old grandma nora? Go back to her place, and you'll find she's pass away. Search for her relative and tell her about the sad news. When you go back to her room again you'll find a death sertivicate, give it to the spector who guiding the cave. And the land of death shall be open for you.
