go under ground and talk to 32 people it only counts as one if u talk to someone more than once while your underground
Can it be that i can talk with people who give goods? And if i leave, come back and talk to someone i talked to before does it count as more than one cause that is hard.

it only counts with real people and if u talk to them and go up then go down it will keep on counting

I'm trying, I think you have to have the Odd Keystone, and visit that weird rock on sunday.

Yes, the Hallowed Tower is the only place. Charmander found another way I believe, but the common way and the way found in the guide is to talk to 32 people in the underground then go back to Hallowed Tower and press 'A' while standing in front of it.
