They're not bombs, more like dynamites. You can give the battering ram (King Lionel's Statue) to get it.

You can find it at the Black Market if you gave it to the thieves.

If you want the dynamite, give it to the squirell, if you want to uncurse the city of Enjiro give it to the elf!
Give it to the squirell will finish the "find the battering ram" quest
and uncurse the city of Enjiro'll help you to take a ghost to the vampiress in Ghedahre.
choose well coz you can only finish one of the two quest above
