well Let's answer your Question one by one!
1. Yes! you need the boat to search another isle in this game! I can tell you how to get a lot of money with out fighting the monster, but you can get it if you have already have a shovel with you! PM me if you still want it!
2. Well, rune scape is something similar like teleport portal! You only can get it if you don't have a shovel with you! If you want to know how to get it! PM me your e-mail adress.
3. You are very far from that thing now! since you don't have a dragon. I'll tell you where it's when you get the dragon, it's mean you must reach southern isle first with the skudder!
4. MT. ORION is the place where you defeat your first daeva to get your druids soul.

the glow berry is in the dream land, Mystern far, talk to the priestess there, and they'll alow you to enter the dream land if you found their missing priestess on the Mt. Orion (she's in the Ogre lair).
Here's the map of dream land so you can found the glow berry easily.
