i need to get to sedona but its covered by a large dark body of water i cant get my rowboat to get there! help!

To get to Sedonna, you have to go to the Highlands first and defeat the daeva there. When you revive the druid he'll give you the Merchant Trade Route's pass. Go through to the Penninsula. In Penninsula walk West all the way till you come to a North-South split road. Go North and you'll reach the North-West split road. Go West this time. Walk all the way to reach Sedonna. When you're in Sedona you'll be able to buy a bigger boat to go in the dark waters.
