You must save the druids in high lands first! and don't get so rush. you need to level up first. had you had a boat? you must need it to go to western isle. then go to the first house you find in high lands there is a man who will tell you how to go to Penisula,where Sedona is.

please help im stuck here at aveyond and i forgotten how to get out!!! and which druid should i find 1st?

you can get out from aveyond by go west from the sign, or ride the mule express. it will get you to Thornkeep.
the 1st druids is in Lands end, at eastern Isle.

Seems I don't know, try to find some chest, or search in the crack.
