how to capture the Theyor Dragon?
To capture the Theyor Dragon, first go to the Demon Caves to find the Genie Lamp. When you find it, go back to the Veldt Queen and talk to her. You'll fight her husband. Win him and get the lamp. Talk to the Veldt Queen again, she will ask you to bring a nightingale. Make sure you have the birdcage (buy it at Veldarah Junk Shop) and the birdseeds. Birdseeds are available at the Squirrels Hideout. Use a Highland Map to find it. Then go back to Penninsula and find the nightingale (You should have the skudder, go North of the Island to get ashore. Then go South and take the first path to the East, then again the first path to North again. Get the nightingale and go back to the Veldt Queen, she will give you the dragon bridle. Go back to the Theyor Dragon and capture it.

Belt of Hippolyte is at Demon Caves. In a treasure chest to be exact.
How to find the way to slow down Aesma?
To slow down Aesma, you must have the entry (slow down Aesma) in your journal. Then go to the Orge King's cave and search his bookshelf. You'll find the beanstalk seeds. Plant it in Enchanted Gardens and then go out of Lands Ends. If you don't have the torch, go to Mysten Far's Dream Land and search for glowberries and trade it with someone in Thais. Then go back to the Enchanted Gardens and go up the beanstalk, melt the ice and take the mirror. Go back to Aesma and now you can slow him down.
