Go to the West of Lands Ends and go into the cave and read the altar. You should be able to plant the seed after that.

Ok, so I got some other seeds from that ogre's cave, went to plant them but they're never ready. Even if I exit Land's End. Do I need to complete something else first? Also, I read in previous posts about a monster in Mt Orion...? Where is it? There are just red lions, blue birds and white witches
So you find the ogre lair, get back to the previous cave, and another previous cave, go a little bit south than east find another cave therer, explore that cave, until you reach the top of Mt. Orion, there you'll find the daeva

for the door that doesn't apear, I think it's because Talia is still with you, I don't realy know, or maybe you haven't return the fairy in the cave from Blasterd Land to the memory cavern, check all your quest there might be a missing list.
For birdseeds you don't need to be worry, it's just not your time to take it, you now must go to Veldt, and talk to the queen. go to Demon cave, talk to Genie, go back to the queen fight her husband, and then go talk again to the queen. see a nightangle in Penisulla, and get back to the squirell hideout, take the seeds(don't talk to the squirell just steal it from them)
For that Enjiro city, well it's just a sidequest you don't have to finish it, if you have give the statue to the squirell you can't find anything else to give it to the Elfd
