If you mean the garlic for the vippie vempire, it's in a grave. and you need a shovel to find it. but if you mean the garlic to avoid you from the vampire. it's in the tavern. You'll find the stake in the tavern too.

To get to Sedonna, you have to enter the Highlands and defeat the daeva there. When you get the druid's soul, go give it to the "stoned" druid and then he'll give you the Merchant Trade Route's pass. After that, you'll get to Penninsula. In Penninsula go West all the way till you come to a North-South split road. Go North and you'll reach the North-West split road. Go West this time. Walk all the way to reach Sedonna.

If you want to get the nightangle, you must:
1. get the nightangle quest, by finding the genie a new lamp, and fight the veldt quen's husband, then talk to her again, and she'll tell you that she a problem on sleeping.
2. buy the bird cage from the junk dealer, in Veldarah
3. go to the squirell hide out and get the bird seeds
4. go to Sedona, find the nightangle, and Lars willt tell you what to do, but after that if you havent done it, check the bird.
