Use the sleeping powder on the King Orge. And Squirrels do have birdseeds and sleeping powder.
I went to squirrels any they didn't have any sleeping powder!

First you have to complete a couple quests...
You have to take a fairy to the king to prove they exist and then he'll have you take a flower to the queen. This will end thier fight and when the queen gets up and leaves she'll drop a key. This key will unlock the locked door by the door to the temple where you found the frozen druid. Go through the locked door to get to the Demon to fight for the druids soul.
