Aesma can be found in the Dark Caverns, south of Thais.
You get the dreamer's tear after beating Agas in Dreamworld.
You can buy a house in Sedona, I think it cost 5000. The animals don't do anything but walk around and be cute.

You need to visit Ghed'ahre for the demon in Halloween Hills.
To get the shovel go to New Witchwood and visit a witch named Gretchen. She's cursed to be beautiful. She'll ask you to bring her back some stinkrot root, after you do she'll be ugly again and then ask you to give a present to a witch who is outside. After you do that she'll give you a shovel
what are the creatures souls that lars captures for?
Magic mushroom (memory caverns) - lowers the amount of mana used when casting spells by 33%.
Werewolf (wildwood forest) - increases attack power by 33%.
Goblin (peninsula) - increases attack power by 25%.
Scorpion (southern empire) - increases attack by 10%.
Nippit (blackroot cave system) - decreases attack power by 12%.
