Nevermind, I figured it out, it was leyrvo,so witch druid do I rescue 3rd? were is the druid and how do I rescue him/her?

The druid is in the GReen Rock Temple in the highlands. The highlands is on the Western continent. You need to help Velgerd to go through the caves in his back yard to get the soul and the body is in tyhe Green Rock Temple. You follow the signs and it will take you there.

Renz-Directions would be helpful if you have them.

Yiu can get the climbing skill when you save the third druids, check, her room, and choose the red book, equip it, and read it.You'll be able to enter the Penisulla trade route after you save the third druids too.
To get it in you quest:
Go to highland, go into the first house you see. go straigh to the door inside the house. the guard will tell you that you need a member card. go out from that house. follow the dirt patch, and reach the sign, don't go north, but go east, until you reach a bridge, don't go through the bridge, instead go down the ladder. go south until you find an end. go east, you'll find a house, with a cave behind the house. go to the house. the man in the house will ask you to find his eye(not his real eyes just a glass eye). then go to the lowland(read the sign at western isle, it is south from the sign), and go to Mystern Manor, by searching the way from the cave(You'll find the cave when you reach the Gentle Children's school sign, but instead go there, go south and you'll find a gate go through the gate, go down the ladder, turn right, and You'll find the cave entery)

p.s:
All people in Mystern Manor is our enemy! Make sure you had a good level, and you had Tei'jal in your Party list, She is very usefull.

You'll find it in Enjiro, if you hadn't go there, it there is the way in the cave, near Veldarah way(the one gurd by spider), enter the cave, and go through the cave, out side the cave you'll find another cave, if you go down the ladder. Enter the cave and try every ladder in there to find the way to Enjiro.

You'll find the cream when you save the second druids, it's in her room.

P.S:
be sure you had get the king Lionel statue, to the elf in brumwitch(You can read how to finish this quest in this forum, read it, RenZ quote is very usefull to).
the right ladder is south west from the cave entery.
