My beanstalk has finally grown but I can't climb it. Don't think I am strong enough for Demon Caves on Southern Isle, bearly made it out with one of my party alive in ONE fight LOLO. and most of my party is level 56 and up. Bought the best armor and weapons for each. Also talked to the Empress and she won't tell me about her sleeping problems so can't get the birdseed for the Nightingale. Don't know what else to do or go. Any help with anything would be appreciated. Thanks

Demon Caves are very difficult. You could try leveling up some more and then going back. I don't remember what level I was on but I do remember that I ran through them as fast as I could trying to keep away from fighting them.. lol
Before the empress will send you after the nightingale you have to get the lamp from Demon Caves and then fight her husband for her lamp. Then the genie in the lamp from Demon Caves will go to the empress' lamp and you can fight the demon in his old lamp. After that she'll give you the nightingale quest.
As far as the beanstalk goes.. I didn't try to climb it until I got the quest to slow down Aesma. I don't know if you have to get the quest first or not. But I can't think of any other reason you wouldn't be able to climb it if it's full grown.
Also make sure you save a lot and in more than one slot. It helps a bunch in case you die, that way you don't have to start over so far back and you don't get stuck saved in a hard place.
Demon Caves... Indeed it is really difficult to pass. Train to at least Lv. 60 or more then go back. Try to avoid fights.
